Hello and welcome to the official blogger site of the Phantom Time Hypothesis, first formulated by Herbert Illing in 1991.
The theory made a huge statement, claiming that a massive section of recorded, considered and infamous history, the Middle Ages (with a specific emphasis on Europe) was entirely fabricated. Specifically AD 614-911. This was because the Julian calendar missed out a day once a century, but when Pope Gregory XIII made the Gregorian Calendar only 10 days were corrected, not 13. This means that the Dark Ages never existed and we live in 1717.
The Roman Emperors made up the evidence and the dating techniques are all faulty.
But how and why could 3 centuries of history spawn from nothing - but it's here, all of the information from a vast number of sources compiled and explained on one website.
